Is an upgrade included in our Odoo subscription?
Odoo’s services and your commercial agreement may cover parts of the upgrade. Custom code, third-party modules, integrations, testing and NMG services need separate scope review.
Can you guarantee a rollback?
Recovery depends on hosting, data changes and the cutover design. We document and verify the available recovery approach before an authorized production change.
Should we remove old customizations?
